Role Summary: The Packaging Specialist is responsible for efficiently packing items into designated containers and preparing them for distribution. This role involves utilizing various packaging equipment and adhering to strict operational standards. Key responsibilities include inspecting packets for quality, ensuring cleanliness, and verifying that all items are free from damage or defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pack the correct quantity of items into cartons.
  • Ensure proper lot coding is applied.
  • Label cartons with appropriate lot codes.
  • Construct and assemble cartons as needed.
  • Organize and stack cartons on pallets.
  • Independently perform packing duties for extended periods.
  • Complete Pre-Operational Check Forms and Quality In-Process Pouch Checks.
  • Conduct hourly AQL inspections of pallets for quality assurance.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of following instructions accurately.
