Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Specialist to assist in the achievement of our strategic objectives and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

The Client Care Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming customer calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Engaging in outbound calling to secure scheduled calls and club memberships
  • Maintaining accurate and updated customer information in our database
  • Working with Dispatch to schedule service calls and debrief technicians
  • Effectively managing conflict resolution with customers through clear communication

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills and proficiency in our software systems
