Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will work closely with patients and their families to assess, plan, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive treatment and support.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients and their families
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in case conferences and treatment team rounds
  • Support quality assurance and peer review activities
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and adhere to confidentiality standards
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in social sciences or related field
  • Eligible for licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
  • Clinical mental health experience with variety of ages and clinical presentations
  • Ability to maintain required malpractice insurance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
