Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Project Harmony is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide clinical treatment for children and families impacted by child abuse and neglect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling to youth and families in need of short- or intermediate-term mental health interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and service providers to advocate on behalf of clients.
  • Participate in consultation and supervision sessions as required.
  • Collect statistics and implement Continuous Quality Improvement procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Licensure as a mental health practitioner in the State of Nebraska.
  • Experience working with children and families impacted by child abuse/neglect preferred.
