Multisystemic Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Multisystemic Therapist to join our team at Boys Town. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide comprehensive Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services to youth and their families.

• Deliver direct clinical treatment, including family, individual, and community-based services, with a caseload of 4-6 clients.
• Use MST principles and practices to achieve positive outcomes and meet discharge goals.
• Collaborate with families, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

• Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to provide own transportation and meet auto insurance requirements.
• Mental health licensure in Nebraska (e.g., PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP) or ability to obtain.
