Key Responsibilities
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and providing prompt service of food and beverages.
- Crafting and serving drinks according to established standards while ensuring accuracy in order processing.
- Building rapport with guests to create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Monitoring guest behavior and notifying management of any concerns.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing waste.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with deliveries and inventory management as needed.
- A minimum of one year of bartending experience is preferred.
- A genuine passion for creating personalized guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of wines and spirits, along with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with cash handling and accurate record-keeping.
- Required certifications for food handling and alcohol service, where applicable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
The compensation for this role includes an hourly wage plus tips, with the potential for additional earnings based on performance and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and retirement plans for eligible employees.
