  • Take drink orders, process payments, and handle credit card transactions accurately.
  • Adhere to established recipes for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Garnish drinks creatively and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Provide recommendations on drink selections and answer customer inquiries with expertise.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one).
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • At least two years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and various mixing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in handling transactions and operating a cash register.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with potential for high noise levels.
  • Good vision for monitoring food quality and quantity.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
