Your Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages to our guests with professionalism and warmth. Your role will involve:
- Welcoming guests and promptly providing food and drink service.
- Accurately preparing drinks according to established standards and processing orders efficiently.
- Delivering food and beverages to guests while supporting servers as needed.
- Monitoring guest behavior and notifying management of any concerns.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including ice bins and trash disposal.
- Ensuring all equipment and supplies are clean and stocked.
- Adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and management.
- Assisting with deliveries and bar stocking as required.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in bartending.
- A strong passion for creating personalized guest experiences.
- Solid knowledge of wines and spirits, along with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with cash handling and accurate billing procedures.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The compensation for this position includes an hourly wage plus tips, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team members fairly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and retirement plans for eligible employees.
