Job Title: OIPA Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled OIPA Senior Developer to join our team at Digital Minds Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OIPA development and implementation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain OIPA applications and components according to business requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implementation and Customization: Implement and customize OIPA features, workflows, and business rules.
  • System Integration and Data Migration: Perform system integration and data migration tasks to ensure seamless operation of OIPA within the existing IT ecosystem.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OIPA applications.
  • Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Industry Trends and Advancements: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in OIPA technology.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an OIPA Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in OIPA, including configuration, customization, and integration. Strong programming skills in Java and SQL. Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and data integration tools.
  • Preferred Skills: OIPA certification or relevant Oracle certifications. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
