Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented software engineer with expertise in C++ and embedded systems to design, develop, and test software for our product development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support design, development, testing, and integration of hardware devices and registers.
  • Use modular design approaches and/or agile software development techniques for a high-quality, supportable software system.
  • Maintain Secret Clearance and citizenship status is required for access to US-only data systems.
  • Travel and support off-site facilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software design, development, integration, and testing utilizing C/C++ or similar.
  • S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
  • Experience with developing, testing, and integrating software in a DoD environment using C/C++ on Linux platform.
  • Experience with real-time embedded microprocessor system development, system on a chip software design, FPGAs, high-speed transceivers, signal analyses, and signal generation.
  • Experience with OOA/D and UML or similar design language/notation.
  • Experience using software source control tools and automated build environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile or working knowledge of lifecycle processes including Scrum, and Continuous Integration.
