Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Globe Life Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce Platform Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and set best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
  • Define and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
  • Document standard operating procedures and provide technical guidance to the Salesforce team.
  • Drive and ensure the qualities of a well-designed system for correctness, reliability, auditability, scalability, redundancy, and security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Information Systems.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years working as a developer within Salesforce.
  • Expert knowledge of security concepts, integration patterns, and agile development methodologies.
  • Proven experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Certifications: Platform Developer 1 or Certified Salesforce Administrator.
