  • Assist with the development and implementation of new spa services and programs.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to spa staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-end resort or urban spa environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, hair, and nail treatments, as well as spa protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to train and educate staff on new services and protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
