Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution
  • Represent clients in critical meetings with public officials, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate discussions and negotiations related to partnership terms and financial agreements
  • Present financial forecasts, economic impact analyses, and other documents to support project funding and partnerships
  • Convene qualified resources to problem-solve and add value to project outcomes
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability and transparency
  • Work closely with finance teams to forecast expenditures and manage cash flow
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating regular meetings and communication
  • Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, or quality, and develop strategies to mitigate them
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities development, project finance, construction, or infrastructure-related fields
  • Prior presentation experience with public sector clients, institutional decision-makers, and financing sources
  • Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, municipal financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment
Travel and Working Conditions
  • Moderate travel throughout the US and limited international travel
  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
