Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution
- Represent clients in critical meetings with public officials, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate discussions and negotiations related to partnership terms and financial agreements
- Present financial forecasts, economic impact analyses, and other documents to support project funding and partnerships
- Convene qualified resources to problem-solve and add value to project outcomes
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability and transparency
- Work closely with finance teams to forecast expenditures and manage cash flow
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating regular meetings and communication
- Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, or quality, and develop strategies to mitigate them
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities development, project finance, construction, or infrastructure-related fields
- Prior presentation experience with public sector clients, institutional decision-makers, and financing sources
- Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, municipal financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment
- Moderate travel throughout the US and limited international travel
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
