Job Overview:

As an Accreditation Standards Consultant at URAC, you will play a critical role in ensuring that healthcare organizations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will be responsible for analyzing application documentation, conducting validation reviews, and providing guidance on accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze application documentation to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  2. Conduct validation reviews to ensure that healthcare organizations meet accreditation standards.
  3. Develop and deliver educational resources to promote awareness of accreditation standards.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of accreditation standards into organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Registered nurse degree required.
  • Five years of clinical experience and three years of managed care experience preferred.
  • Current registered nurse license and certification in case management (preferred).

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $90,000 - $115,000, based on industry standards and location.
