Clinical Accreditation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Accreditation Specialist to join our team at URAC. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing application documentation and conducting validation reviews to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality assurance, accreditation programs, and standards development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and communicate with applicants to ensure a smooth accreditation process.
  • Serve as a technical expert for accreditation program and standard content interpretation.
  • Conduct desktop and onsite validation reviews, providing constructive feedback and documenting findings.
  • Assist in standards development, provide technical support, and develop educational resources.
  • Serve as an educator for standards workshops and webinars.
Requirements:
  • Advanced reasoning, analysis, and language ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
