ManTech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Information Systems Security Manager to join our team in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain security configuration, practices, and procedures for Information Systems.
  • Design and implement robust security controls and architectures within IS.
  • Assess security requirements, develop control frameworks, and oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls.
  • Collaborate with System Architects to ensure selected security controls are implemented and operating as intended.
  • Monitor security controls for IS to maintain security Authorization To Operate (ATO) and develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) in response to identified security vulnerabilities.
  • Supervise and provide direction to junior personnel.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or other IT discipline and 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
  • DoD 8570 IAM level 2 certification.
  • Familiarity with security tools including Tenable Nessus and/or Security Center, IBM Guardium, HP Weblnspect, Network Mapper (NMAP), and/or similar applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or other IT discipline.
  • Relevant industry standard certifications.
Clearance Requirement:
  • Must have a current/active Top Secret security clearance.
