As a Tool Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of engine assembly and disassembly tooling processes.

Coordinate Tooling Activities:

Oversee the coordination, review, disposition, and tracking of engine assembly and disassembly tooling to ensure timely and accurate operations.

Utilize Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) software to document tool transactions and prepare deliverable metrics and reports.

Maintain comprehensive records through standard work document forms.

Visual Tool Inspections:

Conduct visual inspections of tools to assess their condition and configuration against tool drawings, ensuring completeness and adherence to specifications.

Handle paperwork for tool revisions, repairs, and modifications, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and processed.

Inventory & Audits:

Perform regular inventory checks and audits of tools to maintain accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.

Proficiency in SAP software and standard documentation practices.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform visual inspections and manage tool calibration.

Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory management and audit processes.

Must be a US Person due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) restrictions.
