  • Anticipate Functional Requirements: Identify functional requirements and areas for improvement in business processes and systems.
  • Develop and Implement Solutions: Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance business processes and systems.
  • Perform Requirements Analysis: Conduct detailed requirements analysis and gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Produce Comprehensive Reports: Create comprehensive reports documenting analysis results.
  • Develop Process Maps and Data Models: Develop process maps, data dictionaries, and logical/physical data models for proposed business system modifications.
  • Identify Effective Solutions: Identify effective solutions for business software system issues and monitor new system modifications or changes.
  • Provide Expertise on Federal IT Budget Process: Provide expertise on the Federal IT Budget process and data requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or technical field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, to include process improvements (e.g., six sigma, business process management, lean, etc.).
  • Skills and Qualifications: Top Secret/SCI clearance required at date of hire, experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), experience in developing process maps, data dictionaries, and data models, proven experience in interface design and data storage, strong analytical skills and experience performing requirements analysis, ability to gather and document critical information from stakeholder meetings, ability to identify and implement effective solutions for business software systems, experience monitoring and managing system modifications or changes.
