Job Summary:

The Central Services Specialist is a vital member of our team at The Management Trust, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role plays a key part in our daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of our accounts receivable, collections, and escrow efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and deposit attorney/agency checks and delinquent account payments, ensuring accurate payment application.
  • Provide updated account ledgers to attorneys/collection agencies.
  • Process escrow refund check requests and assist with document uploads and tracking.
  • Manage mail and deliveries, including sorting, distribution, and processing outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supplies and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to voicemails, and provide first-person resolution to customer inquiries.
  • Log correspondence and respond to action items and web inquiries.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide various administrative support.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Customer Service skills, generally with 1 year of experience.
  • Patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Will to learn Company process and procedures, and learn/use proprietary software.
  • Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record.
  • Professional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all times.

Working Conditions:
  • Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
  • Be stationary or in motion for periods of time.
  • Relocate up to (25) pounds.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday from approx. 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
  • This position may require occasional long hours to meet business needs.
