Job Title: Experienced Pest Control Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced pest control technician to join our team at Simply The Best Pest Control. As a pest control technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to homeowners throughout the Northern New Jersey area.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, good customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide pest control services to homeowners throughout the Northern New Jersey area
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • At least 3 years of driving experience
  • Pest control experience preferred, but not required
What We Offer:
  • $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
  • Strong hourly wage + overtime + commissions
  • Time & 1/2 after 40 hours
  • 40 hours per week + seasonal Saturdays
