Job Overview

Indiana Alarm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alarm Security Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation and service team, you will be responsible for installing, programming, servicing, and troubleshooting a wide range of alarm systems, security systems, smart home systems, access control systems, and camera systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install and program alarm systems, security systems, smart home systems, access control systems, and camera systems for residential and commercial clients.
  • Service and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Meet the safety and security needs of our clients and provide expert advice on creating efficient smart home and business environments.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in alarm security, low voltage installation, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with technicians and office staff.
  • Excellent customer service and interaction skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
  • Ability to work at heights using ladders.
