Job Overview

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner, using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates
  • Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
  • Answer and route calls as appropriate, taking guest messages with accuracy
  • Resolve minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer, informing supervisor of major problems or unhappy guests
  • Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and take appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Good leadership and training abilities
