Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in all front desk operations. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and policies, and communicate this information to guests as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Work Environment:

The Front Desk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis. The role requires a high level of energy and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
