We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our finance operations within the Components Business Segment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute specialized accounting functions necessary for maintaining the department's general ledger. Address complex accounting challenges arising from both routine and exceptional transactions. Lead a team of accounting professionals and manage intricate processes that require collaboration with various stakeholders outside the department. Ensure timely and accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of financial transactions. Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and internal and external financial reports. Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and regulatory bodies regarding financial performance and reporting requests. Regularly assess existing internal controls and develop new measures as necessary to enhance financial integrity. Propose and implement improvements to accounting processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with new accounting standards and regulations. Provide training and mentorship to both new and existing team members. Safeguard the organization's financial information by maintaining confidentiality.Required Skills

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CA are essential.Experience
Extensive experience in accounting, including supervisory roles. Experience managing multiple booking codes, including international responsibilities. Knowledge of fixed asset management is preferred.Compensation and Benefits
