PeopleShare Inc is seeking a skilled Document Processing Specialist to join our team in Parma, OH.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to prepare, scan, inspect, compile, assemble, and bind documents. The successful candidate will maintain quality and output standards according to PS+ guidelines, perform high-speed data entry, and troubleshoot scanning and printing equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and scan documents accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect and compile documents to ensure quality and completeness
  • Assemble and bind documents according to specifications
  • Maintain and troubleshoot scanning and printing equipment
  • Perform high-speed data entry with accuracy
  • Communicate issues and complete paperwork accurately and timely

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC and typing skills
  • Ability to adapt to a team environment and changing situations
  • Experience with printing/scanning equipment is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
