Sales and Marketing Executive

Recruit4HVAC is seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth and lead our sales and marketing teams. If you have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can develop and execute strategies to grow our business through superior sales execution and operational excellence.
This includes building annual operating plans focused on growing the business, overseeing design, delivery, and quality of products and services provided, and staying abreast of current trends related to the HVAC industry.
Additionally, the successful candidate will collect and analyze evaluation information that measures the success of our program efforts, refine or change programs in response to that information, and promote professionalism and pride to attract high-potential team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years management experience
- HVAC experience required
- Proven record in operations and business management success
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
- Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Cognitive ability to comprehend the core fundamentals and operations of the business
- Detail-oriented, organized, and objective in decision-making
- Demonstrate ability to lead, mentor and train personnel as necessary
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
