Job Overview

Cennox is seeking a skilled Bank Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our automated banking equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain automated teller machines and kiosks, including exterior and interior surfaces
  • Inspect and perform minor refurbishments on electrical components
  • Remove non-standard signage and materials from ATMs and surrounding areas
  • Clean stainless-steel surfaces inside bank vaults
  • Ensure the surrounding area is clear of trash before exiting the work site
  • Complete project work, including alarm surveys, ADA compliance inspections, software updates, and site surveys
  • Sanitize high-contact surfaces
  • Regularly inspect and maintain ATM surrounds and night depositories
  • Take photographs of required devices and areas
  • Organize and manage paperwork and inventory

Requirements:

  • Smart phone familiarity and technical aptitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience with electrical functions or general repairs
  • High school diploma or equivalent, trade school or apprenticeship a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to carry and climb a 10-foot ladder
  • Good hand/eye coordination and vision correctable to 20/20
