Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and coordination of security initiatives to ensure adherence to established security protocols and regulations with minimal oversight. TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
  • Guarantee compliance with security standards while offering guidance and assistance to team members regarding all security-related administrative tasks, including personnel security, information and system security, COMSEC, physical security, and Industrial Security.
  • Provide administrative support related to the management of classified materials, including their receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and final disposition.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing Document Control programs.
  • Evaluate applications for security clearances and their renewals.
  • Administer and uphold physical security measures for visitor management, employee identification, and safeguarding of company assets.
  • Design and deliver security briefings and educational programs.
  • Supervise programs aimed at protecting classified and proprietary information.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of visitor certifications.
  • Handle incoming VARs through DISS or other communication channels.
  • Possess experience with DISS (Defense Information System for Security), NBIS (National Background Investigation Services), e-QIP, and Continuous Enrollment (CE) programs.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with physical security protocols and perform daily end-of-day checks.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of standard operating procedures and continuous improvement strategies for SCIFs and other TS-level requirements.
  • Facilitate the creation and processing of new hire access badges.
  • Compile new hire documentation and training materials for incoming staff.
  • Collaborate with Partner Engagement for visitor registration and check-in for high-profile meetings, including those involving foreign visitors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Federal and/or DoD security policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in utilizing systems such as DISS, NBIS, CCTV Software, Access Control Software, Intrusion Detection Systems, FVS (Foreign Visitor System), JWICS/SIPR workstations, Scattered Castles, RAT (Risk Assessment Tool), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge or experience with SCIF Accreditation is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented professional with a focus on customer service.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Ability to obtain DoD SPeD certification within one year of program initiation.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; or 3 years with a PhD (additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a BA degree).

Target Salary Range:
$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
