Key Responsibilities
  • Security Program Administration: Develop, implement, and maintain security programs to ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Cinteot Inc. security policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to protect our assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Physical Security: Administer and maintain physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property.
  • Security Education and Training: Develop and conduct security briefings and education programs to ensure employees are aware of security policies and procedures.
  • Clearance and Access Management: Review and process applications for security clearances and clearance renewals, and manage access to sensitive information and systems.
  • Document Control: Administer and maintain document control programs to ensure the secure handling and storage of classified and proprietary information.
  • Visitor Management: Coordinate and manage visitor registrations, check-ins, and departures, including foreign visitors.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development, review, and disposition of standing operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for SCIFs and other TS-level requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., cybersecurity, information assurance, computer science) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in security, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and physical security.
  • Certifications: DoD SPeD certification or equivalent, and experience with security-related software and systems.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
