Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance with security standards and provide guidance to team members on security administrative functions, including personnel security, information security, COMSEC, physical security, and Industrial Security.
  • Manage the administrative support for classified material, including its receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and final disposition.
  • Administer the Document Control program and review applications for security clearances and renewals.
  • Implement and maintain physical security protocols for visitor management, employee identification, and safeguarding company assets.
  • Develop and deliver security briefings and educational programs to enhance awareness.
  • Provide oversight for the protection of classified and proprietary information.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of visitor certifications and process incoming VARs.
  • Utilize systems such as DISS, NBIS, and e-QIP for security administration and continuous enrollment programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to physical security measures and perform daily checks.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for secure facilities.
  • Coordinate the creation and processing of new hire access badges and assemble onboarding materials.
  • Collaborate with partner engagement teams for visitor registration and check-in for significant meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in systems such as DISS, NBIS, CCTV Software, Access Control Software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of SCIF Accreditation is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain DoD SPeD certification within one year of hire.
