Ebenezer is seeking a Server/Culinary Assistant to provide exceptional dining room meal service to our senior residents and maintain kitchenettes in our Assisted Living Community.
Responsibilities:
- Serve prepared meals to residents and ensure the dining area is clean and inviting
- Promote and encourage positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service
- Sanitize equipment, work areas, and maintain supplies
- Assist with meal prep and special events
- Provide kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork, and positive demeanor required
- Desire to work with seniors
