This includes 8 hospitals throughout the Las Vegas region and Northern and Western Nevada, Free Standing ER's, physician practices, and surgical centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and analytical skills to support the financial management of the organization
• Prepare financial statements and schedules, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform month-end financial close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Manage fixed assets, including inventory and depreciation
• Reconcile bank statements and review balance sheet accounts
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
