Job Title

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at QuintEvents.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity.

You will work closely with end-users to provide technical support and guidance, and assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems, as well as experience working with cloud platforms and cybersecurity principles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician, IT Specialist, or similar role with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms to non-technical users
