The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, loves to learn, and is not afraid of a challenge. They should be able to stay well-managed and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn our sales system, schedule appointments, and meet with clients virtually to match them with the best insurance solutions.
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected.
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals.
  • Track progress and results to provide coaching and help you grow in the role.
  • Be willing to learn products, carriers, and our process to improve at effectively helping clients accomplish their goals.
