About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team at Rentokil Inc. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply pest control products and treatments to residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend effective solutions
  • Develop and implement customized pest control plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and 11-20 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
