Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist customers in determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order files and formulas.
- Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Assist in making deliveries as needed.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Suggest ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
- Must be able to tint paint consistent with customer color requests.
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
