We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Career Group. This role will provide exceptional support to our CEO and office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and office staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other records
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Bachelor's degree required
