Job Description

Affinity Management Services is a leading Association Management Company serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our managers and employees, assist in daily office needs, and manage our company's general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in answering phone calls and emails, and respond to unit owners' inquiries.
  • Assist in processing purchases and leases applications, and update owners' and tenants' information in our directory.
  • Check in clubhouse guests and vendors, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform tasks assigned by management, including data entry and filing.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Coordinate courier requests, return, and distribute mail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in property management, condo/HOA law, or real estate industries.
  • Knowledge of architectural modification processing procedures.
  • Strong administrative support experience.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
  • Time management skills.
