Job Summary

Family Central, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to our Little Cruisers Child Care Center.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to function effectively as a support to a team.

Responsibilities will include responding to telephone and in-person inquiries, ensuring all required paperwork is completed timely and accurately, preparing and submitting monthly claims for reimbursement, and maintaining a file system.

The successful candidate will also possess a caring and nurturing attitude towards children and be proficient in using computer software and other office equipment.

In addition, a SIGN-ON INCENTIVE OF 40 HOURS OF VACATION TIME OFF will be provided after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; and two (2) years of experience in a preschool office setting or administrative support position.
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and other office equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle all situations in a professional manner.
  • Ability to understand written instructions and procedures and prepare required documents.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
