POSITION SUMMARY: The Property Leasing Consultant plays a crucial role in the daily leasing and administrative functions of the community. This position supports Community and Leasing Managers in achieving all key performance indicators (KPIs).

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist residents and prospective tenants with their daily inquiries in a professional manner (including rent payments and ledger inquiries)
  • Consistently exemplify outstanding customer service and teamwork principles
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly leasing objectives
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all community aspects to respond promptly to inquiries
  • Work cooperatively with other team members in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency: typing and writing skills for correspondence and memos
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
