We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Scan Technician to join our dynamic radiology team at Danbury Hospital. As a CT Scan Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT Scan equipment to perform diagnostic testing and expedite immediate diagnosis.
- Greets patients at reception desk and provides excellent customer service.
- Administers contrast agents and performs daily quality assurance checks.
- Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- ARRT certification in CT Scan technology.
- Minimum one year of experience in CT Scan technology.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
This is a per diem position, requiring a minimum of 2 shifts per month. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual skills, motor coordination, and finger dexterity. The position involves significant occupational risk and requires the ability to exert up to 35 pounds of force.
