Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Wilkins RV. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide expert guidance on our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Manage the customer service process from appointment to final bill, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the RV industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
