Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Member Relations Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, this role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide gracious hospitality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Host members at special events, such as holiday brunches and dinners
  • Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide gracious hospitality at all times
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
