George Thomas is partnering with a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer serving the Western US market.

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth and success.

This role focuses on guiding the sales team to achieve excellence. Collaboration is key, working closely with operations, customer service, pricing, and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives, setting and monitoring goals aligned with division objectives.
  • Provide consistent coaching and support to sales representatives to foster their professional growth.
  • Travel monthly with sales representatives to offer hands-on assistance and business development guidance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage pricing strategies and customer contracts, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Conduct quarterly sales meetings and recruit new sales talent to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5 years of sales and/or sales management experience in the corrugated industry.
  • Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
