Beauty Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Specialist to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for the Chanel brand.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales in the Chanel brand by engaging customers and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products, and communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Collaborate with the Experience Manager to achieve sales and service goals.
- Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
- Previous experience in the beauty industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
