Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Secretary to join our team at CoxHealth. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to healthcare professionals, including typing, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of computer programs and software
