Shift Team Coordinator

Shift Team Coordinator
As a Shift Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of crew members to execute Dunkin' Donuts operational standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This involves setting goals, providing job assignments, and motivating others to celebrate successes and provide timely feedback to correct deficiencies.

Responsibilities of the Shift Team Coordinator include:
- Talking employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner.
- Deploying team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout the shift.
- Supporting training of Crew Members as directed by General Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Communicating goals and holding team members accountable for performance during the shift.
- Holding guests as the highest priority and role modeling exceptional guest service.
- Driving a sense of urgency through Crew Members to satisfy guests' needs and resolve problems.
- Reinforcing the use of systems, tools, and procedures throughout the shift, while taking appropriate steps to correct deficiencies.
- Monitoring team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift.
- Ensuring restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed during the shift.
- Following all systems and processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout the shift.
- Monitoring and ensuring Crew Members comply with all policies and procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security during the shift.
- Reporting equipment issues, providing Crew Member performance feedback, and discussing other restaurant opportunities with General Manager.
- Complying with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on the location and experience. Benefits include competitive weekly pay, employee meals, and medical and dental insurance with company contribution for full-time employees.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English

- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
