In our fraud and forensic investigation and litigation consulting division, you will play a vital role in our swiftly expanding practice within the Armanino consulting team. We are a cohesive group collaborating with law firms and both private and public entities across various engagement types and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and participating in fraud investigations, forensic examinations, compliance assessments, and litigation consulting projects.
  • Evaluating and interpreting financial data, accounting documents, tax filings, and legal pleadings in support of litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Assisting with litigation discovery processes, including document requests.
  • Contributing to the preparation and/or review of financial models and analyses for litigation and forensic accounting projects.
  • Leading significant fraud investigations, encompassing embezzlement, financial reporting fraud, Ponzi schemes, healthcare fraud, and related issues.
  • Taking a lead role in dispute and litigation consulting projects, such as partnership disagreements, billing conflicts, real estate disputes, post-acquisition issues, intellectual property disputes, and lost profit assessments.
  • Supporting business development initiatives by preparing proposals and participating in industry networking events.
  • Ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
  • Actively mentoring, coaching, and developing team members, and engaging in the career advisory and performance evaluation processes.
  • Contributing to the cultivation of a team culture conducive to scaling a rapidly growing consulting practice.
  • Building and maintaining robust relationships with colleagues, existing clients, new clients, referral sources, and industry contacts to generate project opportunities.
  • Assisting the business development team with sector-specific expertise or client delivery.
  • Encouraging a culture of growth and a proactive business development mindset.
  • Delivering high-quality consulting services by managing the overall engagement and client relationship process, including communication, invoicing, budget management, and client deliverables, ensuring adherence to Armanino's A+ Execution standards.
  • Supervising project teams, providing leadership, and adapting to evolving client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation support, investigations, and forensic accounting services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Additional credentials related to fraud and forensic investigations, business valuations, and similar areas are advantageous.

The compensation range for this position is $144,900 - $226,600, with variations based on skills, role, and location.
