In our fraud and forensic investigation and litigation consulting practice, you will play a vital role in our swiftly expanding practice within the Armanino consulting division. We are a tightly-knit team collaborating with law firms and both private and public organizations across various engagement types and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and assisting in fraud investigations, forensic inquiries, compliance matters, and litigation consulting projects.
  • Evaluating and interpreting financial data, accounting records, tax documents, and court filings to support litigation and dispute resolutions.
  • Facilitating litigation discovery processes regarding document requests.
  • Contributing to the preparation and/or review of financial models and analyses for litigation and forensic accounting projects.
  • Leading significant fraud investigations, encompassing embezzlement, financial reporting fraud, Ponzi schemes, healthcare fraud, and other related issues.
  • Taking a lead role in dispute and litigation consulting matters, including partnership disagreements, billing conflicts, real estate disputes, post-acquisition issues, intellectual property disputes, lost profit assessments, and lost wage evaluations.
  • Supporting business development initiatives by preparing proposals and participating in industry networking events.
  • Ensuring A+ client service delivery through supervision and execution.
  • Actively mentoring, coaching, and developing team members while participating in career advisory and performance review processes.
  • Contributing to the development of team culture and environment to scale a rapidly growing consulting practice.
  • Building and maintaining robust relationships with colleagues, existing clients, new clients, referral sources, and industry contacts to generate projects.
  • Assisting the business development team with client delivery or sector-specific expertise.
  • Encouraging a culture of growth and a business development mindset.
  • Delivering high-quality consulting services by managing overall engagement and client relationship processes, including communication, invoicing, collections, budget management, preparing client deliverables, and presenting information to clients, adhering to Armanino's A+ Execution standards.
  • Supervising execution teams, providing project leadership, and adapting to evolving client needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation support, investigation, and forensic accounting services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Additional credentials related to fraud and forensic investigations, business valuations, and similar areas are advantageous.

Compensation for this position ranges from $144,900 to $226,600, varying based on skills, role, and location.
