Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate long-term financial strategies for Real Estate through comprehensive modeling.
- Evaluate strategic real estate proposals to inform investment choices.
- Perform retrospective analyses and develop performance dashboards for new store openings.
- Assess the competitive environment and provide strategic insights for informed decision-making.
- Engage collaboratively with leaders across various departments and business units.
- Effectively convey data and analytical findings to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance with a track record of success.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the retail or e-commerce sectors.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $125,000
